Woman arrived at airport with cocaine hidden in high heel shoes

A woman did a lousy job smuggling drugs after agents noticed cocaine hidden inside her high heel shoes, according to border agents in Australia. The Australian Federal Police said that this Cinderella shouldn’t expect a handsome prince anytime soon.
"The Australian Fashion Police, er we mean Federal Police," has arrested the 49-year-old woman from the United States, a spokesperson for the border patrol said on Facebook. Australian Border Force officers allegedly detected the woman with 2 kilos of what is believed to be cocaine hidden inside her high-heeled shoes on Friday afternoon.
She came from Los Angeles, California, and arrived at Sydney International Airport.
"Besides the obvious crimes against fashion, she was also charged with importing a commercial quantity of a border controlled drug, namely cocaine," police said.
"This charge comes with hefty prison terms and fines," police added.
Da Molaee wrote on Facebook: "Something tells me this wasn't her first time wearing these heels and flying into Australia.
Thanks Australian Federal Police. Let me know if you need help storing and testing the confiscated shoes."
"A deconstruction of the woman’s baggage by ABF officers identified a substance concealed within clothing, make-up products and other items in her suitcase.
"Presumptive testing indicated the substance was cocaine. Further forensic testing will be conducted to determine the exact weight and purity of the cocaine," the Department of Immigration and Border Protection said.
