1-year-old boy kills 3-year-old brother by running him over with toy truck

A young boy had died after being run over by a toy truck by his younger brother while being watched by their mother's boyfriend, according to police in Georgia. The Hogansville Police Department said that they have arrested the boyfriend due to a probation violation, following the incident in which his girlfriend's 3-year-old son died. According to the police investigation, on Friday evening, the boyfriend was watching his girlfriend's two sons, while she went to work.
At some point, the 1-year-old boy was riding a toy truck and ran over his 3-year-old brother in the home located in the 100 block of Boozer Street. The 3-year-old boy suffered a head injury and the boyfriend sent him to bed. On Saturday around 9:30 a.m., the 3-year-old boy was found unresponsive in his bed. The 3-year-old boy was rushed to the West Georgia Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
