The actress was just 23 when she first appeared on the cover of the World's Most Beautiful issue in 1991. A year before, she became a household name after starring in "Pretty Woman" alongside Richard Gere. She then found herself on the list again in 2000, 2005 and 2010 -- and now 2017! What a record!!
