The world’s longest sofa is in Russia and spans 1Km long

This mammoth sofa was made by Russian furniture company Mnogo Mebeli on their fifth anniversary of business, and wanting to do something out of the ordinary, they decided to beat a world record at the same time. The sofa is just over one kilometre long and has a seating capacity of 2,500, making it an instant record breaker. The plush red lounge looks comfortable, too, with no expense spared for the grand design. And in good old fashion, OTT fun, a fireworks display was organized for the big event.
