Video: Brawl breaks out in Ukrainian parliament

A brawl broke out between two Ukrainian MPs after one party leader accused another of working for the Russian government. Oleh Lyashko, the leader of Radical Party, said that leader of the Opposition Bloc, Yuriy Boyko, had travelled to Moscow to receive orders from the Kremlin, during a meeting of parliament faction leaders in Kiev yesterday. This is not the first time Lyashko, known for his populist views, has been a part of violent scuffles in parliament, where brawls happen on a regular basis.
Is there any sane parliament?
