A man narrowly escaped death after he failed to stop when pulling into a rooftop spot of a nine-storey parking garage in Texas. The 24 year old man who was not identified by police, rammed through protection wires and avoided a deadly fall as the car was left dangling on the building's side on Friday. He was pulled to safety back into the car garage, Reuters reports. He said he was unable to stop the vehicle that went off the top of the building and flipped over until it was caught by a wire, police said.
