Robber erroneously released from prison just months into his 9-years jail time

How lucky can a convict be?
Police have launched a search for 34-year-old Ryan Byrne, who was mistakenly freed from Wandsworth Prison, just months into his 9-year jail term. He was convicted of burglary, robbery and theft. He is described as white, 5ft 11in with blue eyes.
Since his release, he has been taunting police by posing for pictures. According to The Sun, he was pictured grinning in front of a police van and enjoying a pint in a pub.

    so if finally caught, would his jail time be increased? he didn't ask to be released! lol
